«Kasse»: Kassen-App mit Odoo Studio

Eigenständige Odoo-Studio-App als einfache Kasse: Kassenartikel mit MWST, Kassensitzungen mit Münz- und Notenzählung, Bar- und Kartenverkäufe mit 5-Rappen-Rundung, PDF-Quittung und Kassenabschluss. Die Berechnungen laufen über Automationsregeln in Python.

Dazu gehören ein deutsches Benutzerhandbuch (aus Markdown als PDF und DOCX gebaut) und eine getestete Nachbau-Spezifikation, nach der Mensch oder KI-Agent die App neu aufsetzen kann. Alle Daten im Handbuch sind anonymisierte Testdaten.

Running a business-critical D365 F&SCM platform reliably

Situation
Trading company in the automotive sector with business-critical Dynamics 365 F&SCM platforms.
Role
Overall technical responsibility: architecture, operations and security concepts, monitoring, 2nd and 3rd level support, integration management, feasibility studies, coaching and documentation.
Result
Built a scalable monitoring and telemetry platform.

Delivering AX and D365 solutions for clients

Situation
Consulting firm for Microsoft ERP with clients in industry and trade, versions AX 4.0 to Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
Role
Technical concepts and test plans, development, SQL optimization, data migrations, system integrations, acceptance testing and release management in warehouse, trade, finance and supply chain.
Deliverables
Development on Dynamics AX 2012 for several clients and on Dynamics 365 for a large client, including a warehouse mobile app and a customer-specific inventory counting app (cycle counting), plus an HR data migration. Promoted to Consultant in 2018.

ERP operations and business intelligence in manufacturing

Situation
Manufacturing company with Dynamics AX 2009, Miracle XRP and Infor LN over a long period.
Role
ERP operations and user support, reporting and BI with SSIS, SSRS and SSAS, data migrations, sub-project lead roles.

«Kasse»: point-of-sale app with Odoo Studio

Standalone Odoo Studio app as a simple cash register: register items with VAT, cash sessions with coin and banknote counting, cash and card sales with 5-centime rounding, PDF receipt and cash closing. The calculations run on automation rules in Python.

It comes with a German user manual (built from Markdown as PDF and DOCX) and a tested rebuild specification that a person or an AI agent can follow to set the app up again. All data in the manual is anonymized test data.
